However, you can return your order in full or part for a refund, less postage costs, within 14 days of receipt.
Please pack the parcel carefully, wrapping everything separately so that nothing gets damaged in transit.
In addition to the cost of returning the items, it is the responsibility of the customer to return items to us safely and in the same condition as they were received by you. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund if goods we receive for refund have been used or have been damaged.
Please consider the method of return postage as the goods will remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
