All purchases made on this website are governed by the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your purchase. Please check prior to your purchase that you understand precisely how the terms and conditions apply to your order.
We will email confirmation of your order, at this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in GBP.
Any promotions are offered for a limited period of time and subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
The price shown on the website for items does not include a charge for delivery.
It is always our intention to fulfil orders as stated. However there maybe times when events outside of our control mean that items are delayed. On these occasions our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question and we accept no responsibility for any related costs in the unlikely event of the supply of faulty goods, missing parts or any costs associated with the installation or fitting of the items.
Our aim is to send orders quickly. Generally orders are processed within our expected lead time and we manage to fulfil standard delivery. We will use Royal Mail for deliveries up to 2kg and usually a courier for heavier parcels. We will advise you of any unexpected delays.
FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the order on receipt and to notify us within 48 hours by email or telephone of missing or damaged items.
LIABILITY AND RETURNS
Goods must be returned in perfect condition, please ensure that goods are packaged carefully, wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid any damage such as scratching etc.
Prior to dispatch an order can be cancelled for a full refund. If the order has been dispatched an order can be returned at your cost for a refund less the initial postage charge for sending the parcel to you.
